ENG: Mixed use project (commerce, offices, hotel and entertainment), located in the state of Veracruz, which will become a new Urban Center from its privileged location. In this sense, in s * arc we have been able to materialize and develop our Client's vision of creating a new benchmark in the community that is financially, socially and environmentally sustainable, through the reuse and preservation of existing structures and vegetation.
ES: Proyecto de usos mixtos (comercio, oficinas, hotel y entretenimiento), ubicado en el estado de Veracruz, el cual se convertirá en un nuevo Centro Urbano a partir de su privilegiada ubicación. En este sentido, en s*arc hemos podido materializar y desarrollar la visión de nuestro Cliente de crear un nuevo referente en la comunidad que sea financiera, social y medioambientalmente sustentable, mediante la reutilización y preservación de estructuras y vegetación existentes.
